Aleesha is a female professional bodybuilder who has been gaining fame in the last quarter of a decade. Aleesha Young was born the year 1984 in an athletic family. Although her dad was an athlete, the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in sports such as ice hockey. Aleesha played other sports such as soccer, softball and basketball. She began bodybuilding at the age of 15 young. Aleesha won her pro card when she won her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. However, she began her journey in 2008. The 2014 IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro took place and she finished 9th. Her final score for 2015 was 9th. Both in 2015 and 2016 Aleesha placed 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. After steadily improving, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 winning her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. The best bodybuilder's performance at WOS Rising Phoenix. WOS Rising Phoenix took place in 2020 when she held the fourth position. However, "Worlds strongest mom", took a short break from the sport due to health issues.
